There is a BBQ, fully equipped chef’s kitchen as well as indoor and outdoor sitting and dining areas. The villa has over 3500 Sq Ft of living space.

This is a modern house, located on the northern heights of Nacascolo beach and in this magnificent residence called Pacific Marlin.

Pacific Marlin is the most important residence of San Juan del Sur which has more than a hundred constructions.

This residence has its well-guarded accesses. All tours must be announced to enter.

The land has a North, North West orientation.

The terrace of the land offers a plunging view over the bay of Nacascolo, also allows to appreciate the ocean and the open sea.

At the end of the day, the sun comes seasonally to set in the bay.

The sky then changes color with shades of pink, white, orange, etc ... You will never get tired of it!

The house: Very well built. The owner couple, of Canadian origin, knew how to turn their desires into reality.

Construction on two floors with a roof terrace for the master suite. His position on the ground was obviously reflected.

The rooms:

All the bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathroom and walk-in closet. The furnishings are sober and stylish. The choice of colors matches the furniture and furnishings of the rooms. The bathrooms are very spacious and have perfect construction finishes.

The kitchen:

It is one of the central living rooms of the house. A square bar is placed in the center both to seat its guests and to establish your preparations. The tiles in the bar are made from recycled glass. The work counter, formed in a U around the lines of the kitchen in varnished wood.

The living room:

This room is shared with the kitchen and the terrace. It is protected from the sun's rays. Bay window open you can sit in the afternoon without having to use the conditioned area.

As French, the kitchen is one of the rooms to which I attach the most importance. In Nicaragua, it's easy to want nothing to do other than relax and hire cooks and waiters to take care of you.

The garden:

The first thing that comes to mind as we enter the property is to remove these breeches to walk barefoot this magnificent lawn.

A plot of 1200 m² placed without vis-à-vis. The lot below is not visible because the owner has a double lot. Its construction is therefore done far from our property. The land below does not have a direct view of the sea. It is for sale but will be difficult to find a buyer for the moment.
