The community of Los Miradores is located just in front of the entrance to Nacascolo beach. In front of the Portal Del Mar residence.

The community has 30 owners and about 20 houses built.

You are located 3 km north of San Juan del Sur, about 10 minutes by car to reach the city and its shops.
