A completed model to inspire your plans

The photographs and video show the original model home completed in 2017. It is now a privately owned home and has received numerous improvements since completion. These images illustrate the design and atmosphere; the photographed property is not the home being offered for sale. Improvements, furnishings and other extras visible in the images are not automatically included in the base construction price.

Space to live indoors and out

The developer's El Ceibo model sheet lists 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of interior space and 500 sq. ft. of finished exterior space, plus a 342 sq. ft. swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The final layout and specifications should be agreed with the developer for the selected homesite.

Standard finish specifications include hardwood kitchen cabinetry and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops, anodized aluminum windows, solid hardwood entrance and interior doors, an on-demand electric water heater and ceiling fans. Air conditioning is not included in the base specifications.

Your home, on the right homesite

Our preferred option: Lot P8 in Paseo. BVN Real Estate considers P8 an ideal homesite to explore for an El Ceibo build. The October 2026 developer price list shows 1,582 m² at US$129,000.

Explore P8 and the available TreeCasa / El Encanto del Sur lots.

Another excellent location: Lot D15 in Montecito. The developer's April 2026 price list shows 2,051 m² at US$95,500. This is another homesite we recommend considering for the project.

The home construction price is quoted separately from the land. Contact the agent for an updated construction quotation, including specifications, site preparation and any requested upgrades.

Construction timeline: up to 18 months

Allow a maximum construction period of 18 months. Completion is normally sooner, but the actual schedule depends on the starting date, the rainy season and weather conditions. The final schedule will be confirmed with the developer before construction begins.
