These premises are located at the entrance town, from the UNO petrol station, 60 meters to the west.On the right side of the street.
The bakery is open every day from 8 am to 4 pm except Sunday.
Rapheal, the baker is Nicaraguan and studied the arts of bread making in France.
The bakery offers several types of bread such as baguette, country bread, integral bread, sourdough bread and milk breads. Some pastries like "les Pains aux Raisins" (Rolls) and "Les Pains au lait aux pépites de chocolat" among others.
Favorite purchase.....(Pan del Campo. It the bigger bagette, very crunchy outside and tender and soft inside).
